Educational Background

 

I have 3 Associate Degrees:  1st  Associates of Applied Science in Architecture Technologies 

                                                  2nd Associates of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technologies

                                                  3rd  Associates of Fine Arts

 

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Winthrop University , SC  ( Concentration in Ceramics and Painting )

 

I started teaching in 1999 at Gaston College in there Community Education Department, in 2002 I started teaching for Gaston County Schools ( Elementary level for the first 3 years and High School to present )

 

In 2011 I earned National Board Certification in Visual Arts

 

I work for Gaston School of the Arts after school program in the evening two days a week.

 

Family

 

I am married to my wonderful wife for 14 years and have 3 children. 

I am a native of Gaston County and a proud product of our public schools.

 

Extracurricular Actives

 

Spending time with family, pottery, movies, and sporting events.
